TORJOMAN

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TORJOMAN platform ("Service"), an enterprise AI translation pipeline designed specifically for certified translation bureaus and sworn offices operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By creating an account or using the Service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately refrain from using the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accreditation

Access to the Service is restricted to translation bureaus holding a valid commercial registration and professional licence in Saudi Arabia. By registering, you warrant and represent that you hold such valid authorization.

Account registrations are subject to manual administrative review and approval. TORJOMAN reserves the right to deny or revoke access in the event of misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.

3. Nature of Service & Translator Responsibility

TORJOMAN is an AI assistance pipeline. It does not replace the human certified translator.

All AI-extracted texts and draft translations are working drafts subject to human error. The licensed translator remains solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying every translated segment before affixing their official seal or signature. Final legal responsibility for any certified translation rests solely with the signing translator.

The platform does not certify documents: certification is performed strictly by the human translator.

4. Verification & QR Codes

The platform generates verification QR codes allowing third parties to confirm that an official translation was issued by the accredited bureau. The public verification page confirms strictly the issuer identity, licence number, and timestamp; it never exposes the underlying document text or client data.

5. User Obligations

  • Upload only documents you are legally authorized to handle in the course of your translation business.
  • Comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality over account credentials.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent platform security, quota limits, or data isolation boundaries.

6. Data Isolation & Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each bureau's files and client records are isolated and accessible only to that bureau's authorized users. Original scans and their translations are stored on our servers so the bureau can review them, and are deleted when the bureau deletes the document. Where data is processed and stored is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
